Create Your Pay2Play Marketer Account

To create your Pay2Play account for Marketers, complete the form below. (Note: Make sure you don't already have a Pay2Play account! If you are already affiliated with Pay2Play through a related publishing/distribution platform -- including webcam and video-production platforms -- your Pay2Play account may already be established under the same account name maintained with those platforms. To check, use your login and password from the affiliated platform in the "Login" panel at the upper right)

Step 1: Account Identity


Account Name:	(Between 8 and 25 characters, letters or numbers only. No spaces, punctuation or special characters)
Password:	(8 to 15 characters, letters or numbers only. No spaces, punctuation or special characters. Security Note: The best password is one that includes both letters and numbers, and is impossible for anybody to guess.)
Password (confirm):
Password Reminder Question:	(Provide a question that may help you remember your password if you forget, such as "What three-letter word is spelled by my middle initial, my mother's middle initial, and first letter of my mother's maiden name?").
Password Reminder Answer:	(Provide the answer to the question above).
SSN/TIN: (e.g., ###-##-####)	(For U.S. addresses, SSN# or federal taxpayer ID# is required and must match payee name)
Date of Birth: (MM/DD/YYYY)	/ / (Date of Birth must match SSN/TIN#)

Step 2: License-Fee Payment Options


Marketer/ Payee Name:	(Marketer, and name checks will be issued to).
Marketer Business Name (if different):
License-Fee Minimum Payment Amount:	(U.S.) (Minimum weekly payment amount is $50, unless you choose a larger amount. Your earnings carry over until this threshold is reached. To minimize clearing charges, some Pay2Play Marketers prefer larger minimum amounts, such as $100, $500, or $1000).
Fed-Ex Payments?	Check the box to have each payment delivered to you via Federal Express, at a cost of $15, deducted from the check amount ($30 for non-US addresses)

Step 3: Tell Pay2Play Where to Send Payments


Address #1:	(Primary street address where checks will be mailed or overnighted).
Address #2: (optional)	(Suite#, Apt#, etc.).
City:
State/Province:	(Enter two-digit U.S. state abbrev. or longer province).
Zip/Postal Code:	(Enter full ZIP+4, or postal code).
Country:

Step 4: Contact Information


Phone:	(voice phone number, plus area code, where we can reach you for questions)
Fax: (optional)	(optional fax #, plus area code)
E-mail:	(Your primary, traceable email address for official correspondence. Note: Immediately upon successful completion of this form, an account activation link is automatically emailed to you. Your account is not active until you receive this email and click the link)
E-mail #2: (optional)	(Optional secondary email address; all official email correspondence will be "cc"'d to this address)
ICQ / AIM / MSN IM, etc: (optional)	(Optional ICQ or other IM address; all official correspondence will be "cc"'d to this address)
